We must hand the scooter over in person — on every delivery and every pickup, someone needs to be there to meet our driver.

Most hotels will NOT hold a scooter for you. If you can’t be there, you must call your hotel ahead of time and arrange for the concierge or front desk to hold it. We can’t arrange that on your behalf. If you do make special arrangements, please let us know so our driver knows what to expect.
